With experience at Barclays and Halifax, he combines deep financial knowledge with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Outside work, he enjoys family life with his wife and children.
Dave Hill
Company Director and Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Joining TMP in 2017, Dave has risen from trainee adviser to Company Director and Head of the Mortgage Team. He thrives on helping clients secure their dream homes and solving complex mortgage challenges. A people person at heart, Dave enjoys time with his wife and two sons, running, and exploring West Wales.

Known for his friendly and approachable style, Sam’s mix of empathy and attention to detail ensures every client feels supported. Outside work, he enjoys music, squash, and beach walks with his dog, Bertie.

Joe brings a down-to-earth, supportive approach to financial advice. Formerly in the fitness industry, he’s passionate about helping people take control of their financial wellbeing. When he’s not advising clients, Joe enjoys the gym, cooking, and spending time with his daughter, Ella.

With 45 years in the industry, Michael’s experience is second to none. Based in Kent, he takes pride in helping clients achieve homeownership through clear, practical advice. Away from the office, he enjoys cricket, golf, and walking his dogs — often ending at the local pub!
Rob Jones
In-house Software Developer
Rob is the mind behind Sentry, our in-house financial software that helps us manage clients efficiently. With 25+ years of experience in ERP systems, IBM AS/400, Oracle, and ASP.Net development, he combines deep technical expertise with practical experience.
Tom Priestly
Pensions and Investments Administrator
Tom is a skilled administrator with strong customer service skills. Outside of work, he is passionate about volleyball, both playing and coaching at a regional level, channelling the same energy and teamwork from the court into every client interaction.
