Key Highlights from 2025 and Exciting Plans for 2026

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the year we’ve had at The Money Partnership and share some exciting plans for the year ahead. It’s been a year of growth, innovation, and continued dedication to helping our clients achieve their financial goals — and none of it would be possible without our incredible team.
Celebrating Our Team and Achievements
This year, we’ve seen significant growth across the business:
Pensions and Investments: We acquired over 150 new pension and investment clients. The team, led by Geraint, has expanded to meet growing client demand for long-term clarity and strategic financial planning. From retirement planning to investment management, the team has worked tirelessly to ensure every client feels informed and supported.
Mortgages: Despite a challenging market, we have submitted over 250 mortgage applications and helped approximately 120 clients purchase their dream property, with a total borrowing of £26,500,000. Our growing number of online reviews highlights how the team (namely Dave, Indy, Sam and Rhi) continues to make the mortgage process quick and easy for people while building understanding and financial confidence.
Compliance: Behind the scenes, Simone our Office Manager, Michelle our Admin Supervisor, and Caroline our File Checker, have worked hard to ensure our advice and services meet the highest standards. This year, Simone played a crucial role in helping the business grow responsibly, maintaining integrity and ethical standards to give both staff and clients confidence in every interaction. And Lucy’s hard work as Accounts Manager has underpinned the entire business, helping to maintain its financial health.
Technology: Our in-house financial software ‘Sentry’, developed by Rob, continues to evolve, offering smarter, more intuitive functions to manage our clients’ data and ultimately enhance the services we offer. This includes cash flow forecasting and automating how we track our clients’ funds.
Marketing: Led by Alice (who’s returned as Business Development Manager), an exciting rebrand and refreshed website are on the way! Our aim is to make it easier for clients to understand our services, connect with our advisers, and experience the professionalism, expertise, and friendliness that define TMP.
Culture: Through TMP Connect, our new internal hub, our advisers and support teams now have easy access to all the tools, guidance, and resources they need to provide consistent, high-quality support for every client and feel aligned with our vision.
Looking Ahead: What’s Next for Our Clients
As we move into 2026, we’re focused on making the client journey smoother, more transparent, and more engaging:
Improving the booking process for meetings, making it quicker and easier to connect with our advisers.
Expanding access to financial education by creating more resources, so clients feel confident and informed at every stage.
Providing client access to Sentry for greater visibility of applications, progress behind the scenes, and more seamless and secure information sharing.
Enhancing collaborations with local businesses to provide value-added services alongside our core offerings.
Recruiting additional advisers to broaden our expertise and help more people achieve their financial goals.
Completing our rebrand to better reflect who we are today and the future we’re building.
Creating more opportunities to connect with people through events, including in-person client events to strengthen relationships and public webinars to make financial education more inclusive.
